Red Rocks Amphitheatre
FollowAbout
Red Rocks is a geologically formed, open-air amphitheater that is not duplicated anywhere in the world. With Mother Nature as the architect, the design of the amphitheater consists of two, three hundred-foot monoliths that provide acoustic perfection for any performance. Red Rocks offers a variety of recreation options from guided tours, hiking, biking, shopping, dining and a summer concert series.

Getting there
There is no direct RTD bus or rail service to the amphitheatre; the venue encourages carpooling and private shuttle services. A weekend/holiday shuttle pilot (“Westracks”) is planned to launch Memorial Day weekend 2026 between Jefferson County Government Center (RTD W Line connection) and area stops including the Red Rocks Trading Post, generally operating 9 a.m.–5 p.m. between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
