The award-winning MFT Mom Dance Party, established in 2022, is the first of its kind in the country and is inspired by our expertise in and passion for perinatal and maternal mental health. We created MFT to offer modern moms a therapeutic outlet, an opportunity to reclaim our bodies and to contact a perhaps long-forgotten but essential feeling of spontaneity and play. We invite moms to connect with their autonomy in a safe, inclusive community of other mamas who understand. Our offerings are tailored to mom life - our events will end early so you can still get a good night of sleep and be ready to tackle another day of momming hard. MFT is fun with a purpose!
