September: The Inner Pilgrimage
Reclined experience
A visioning sound journey to listen to what is quietly calling and connect with personal insight. Music from Native American flute, quartz crystal bowls, Gong and Shaman drum artfully combine with elements of visualization, meditation and symbolism.
November: The Art of Enough
Reclined experience
There is a frequency beneath striving, a tone beneath wanting. This immersive sound journey invites you into the resonance of enough where gratitude arises naturally and the heart settles into quiet contentment.
December: Stillness Before the Light
Seated experience
Before celebrations begin and calendars fill, give yourself the gift of pause. This immersive meditative concert invites you to settle into winters quiet rhythm. Through resonant tones and spacious silence, rest in the stillness that makes light possible.

Special Instructions: Bring blankets, mats and bolsters for comfort. The facility is ADA accessible; chairs are also available.

Ann is an internationally known musician, healer, educator and soundscape artist who brings a contemporary approach to singing bowls and gongs. She cultivates dynamic and harmonically beautiful meditative concerts that are deeply relaxing and memorable. She combines 30 years in the healing arts with 40 years as a professional musician to bring a fresh perspective to mindfulness, presence and wellness. Her meditative concerts offer a new level of insight around working with sound as musical medicine.
