Formed in 2019, Straphangin’ is a six-piece ensemble co-led by trumpeter/EVI player James Barela and saxophonist Doug Carmichael and rounded out by guitar, keyboards, bass and drums. The group maintains a professional electronic press kit (site/EPK), has produced promotional live videos, and lists booking contact and a stage plot for festival and club performances.
