Maybe Happy Ending is a South Korean musical by composer Will Aronson and playwright/lyricist Hue Park that premiered in Seoul in December 2016. The show won multiple Korean musical awards, received the 2017 Richard Rodgers Award for its English-language version, had an American premiere at Atlanta’s Alliance Theatre, and later transferred to Broadway where it won major theatre awards including multiple Tony Awards. Its story follows two decommissioned personal robots who form an unexpected relationship as they confront memory, loss, and what it means to be human.
