Los Mocochetes are a Denver-based Chicano collective noted for politically minded, danceable music and high-energy live shows. They won Westword Music Showcase awards (Best Latin Band 2017, Best Funk Band 2018) and were named Colorado Standout in NPR's Tiny Desk Contest (2018). The group has opened for national acts (including The Original Wailers and Lil' Wayne) and played regional festivals and prominent Denver venues.
