D.K. Harrell is a guitarist, vocalist and songwriter who released the Alligator Records album Talkin' Heavy (June 2025) following his 2023 debut The Right Man. He has won major honors including the Blues Music Award for Best Emerging Artist and the B.B. King Of The Blues Award from the Jus' Blues Music Foundation. Harrell tours widely across the U.S. and Europe and is a frequent draw at international blues festivals.
