About
Big Shrimp is a four-piece progressive groove quartet formed in 2024 by guitarist/vocalist Jared Sage Cowen (previously of Baked Shrimp). The band built momentum through 2025–2026 road dates and Bandcamp releases, earning regional press coverage and notable sit-ins (including Twiddle keyboardist Ryan Dempsey). In 2026 they announced their debut festival, Camp Scampi (Aug. 28–29, 2026), and continued touring nationally.
