Formed around 2014 by Adam Goldstein and Cieran (CL) Morden, Avourneen is a Denver-based trio that has become a fixture on Colorado’s Celtic/folk scene. They released Beloved (2014) and Sparrow (2020), have served as a regular contra/folk dance band and house act at local venues, and were featured on Colorado Public Radio and in regional press for their 10th anniversary in 2024.
