Amy Martin launched a solo career after fronting the alternative bluegrass band Many Nights Ahead, releasing a community-funded self-titled album in March 2020. She recorded an album with producer Chance McCoy, has had singles premiered on outlets like The Bluegrass Situation and The Boot, and earned placements on CMT’s Pride playlist and The Tony Kornheiser Show. In 2023 she was voted “Best Queer Country Album” in Rainbow Rodeo Magazine’s reader poll.
