Allison Lorenzen began as one half of the synth/percussion duo School Dance before launching a solo project. Her debut album Tender was released in 2021 on Whited Sepulchre Records, and she collaborated with Madeline Johnston (Midwife) on the single "VALE" and a 2023 cover of Bush's "Glycerine" that received attention from national outlets.
